Class: Yin Yoga

Show your joints some tlc! A slow paced practice in which poses are held for an extended period of time (between 3-5 minutes) in order to access tendons, ligaments, and fascia.

Pace: very slow

Wednesday

Time: 12:00-1:00pm (moving to 9:00 - 10:00am

We kindly request all students book online prior to attending classes.

Be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early, as the doors are locked right at start time. 

All classes are beginner friendly :)

 

Participants must be at least 16 years old.

Mats and props are available at the studio.
