Q. Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

A. No. We have plenty of mats available, but encourage students to bring their own if they have one.

Q. What should i wear?

A. Loose, comfy clothing works best. Yoga is practiced barefoot.

Q. Are kiddos allowed?

A. We kindly request that students be at least 16 years of age.

Q. Is there any reason i should not practice yoga?

A. Most likely no, but if you have an injury or severe health problem, please contact us to make sure!

Q. Does yoga conflict with my religious beliefs?

Q. Where do I park?

A. Parking can be found anywhere on main street, or designated downtown paking lots.
